Floyd Mayweather: Donate $50,000 To Habitat for Humanity

“There’s nothing like giving back to your people. It’s not a good thing, it’s a great thing to do. They deserve it. The city deserves it. The Habitat [for Humanity] deserves it…Floyd Mayweather likes to give back also…there’s still big fights out there, so why not give back…the Nevada Commission, like I said before, I fought in the city of Las Vegas more than I fought in any other place and they fair, but their firm…I’m just fortunate enough to be in a position to where I can give back and the Nevada Commission is amazing,” stated undefeated pound-for-pound champion Floyd Mayweather, who was on hand at the offices of Habitat for Humanity Las Vegas to present a check for $50,000 in support of their Blitz Build project. Check out what else Mayweather had to say as he talks about his hope that the Nevada State Athletic Commission gives him another opportunity to give back to the community of Las Vegas by licensing him for a May 5 fight.
